Our Policy 

Refund/Cancellation Policy for On-Call Private Shuttle Service  

1. Cancellations 
- Cancellation Before 24 Hours: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.  
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.  
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled service time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.  

2. Refunds 
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.  

3. Changes to Booking 
- Customers may reschedule their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without incurring additional fees, subject to availability.  
- Changes requested within 12 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a rebooking fee.  

4. Weather and Unforeseen Events  
- In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances causing service cancellation by our company, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided to the customer.  

5. Non-Refundable Situations 
- Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control if the service was provided.  
- Refunds are not applicable for missed flights or events due to delays not caused by our service.
